Terms and Conditions

  1. 1. Ordering

Goods can be ordered through Online store Destroy from product catalog on

Ordering is binding for customer in all cases. Shoebox CZ Ltd. guarantee that the goods ordered are available at the time of ordering. Each customer can be informed via information channel (email, phone) that he enters in form the order process, and receives the order confirmation and delivery date of the ordered goods.

Please, when ordering the goods, write in the note "Message for Merchant" your usual European size, due to irregularities in sizes from various manufacturers. Thank you.


  1. 2. Delivery

Ordered goods will be sent to your via your chosen delivery company, to your name and address. Your order will be processed without delay and no later than 7 days after receiving an order, and shipped the next day. The date of parcel’s arrival depends on your address / country and chosen Delivery Company. Orders received on Friday afternoon, on weekends or on public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will be informed about the status of your order by the chosen information channel (email, phone). The shipment will include ordered goods and proof of purchase - invoice, including warranty.

  1. 3. Price and payment terms

Delivery charge includes postage, packing and charge for cash on delivery. In one order charge does not depend on the number of items and it is ruled by the valid price list of delivery services in our online store Destroy listed here.
Owners of discount cards "Destroy" are obliged to specify the discount card number during the ordering process. Customer Discount applies only to the undiscounted goods.

Payment for goods ordered can be done in the following ways:

  • Cash on delivery (applies only to addresses within Czech Republic)
  • Credit card
  • The possibility to exchange goods and conditions for returning the goods
  1. 4. Exchange and conditions for Returning goods
If the ordered goods are not suitable for any reason, the customer may: 

Exchange the goods for any other goods, by sending them, at his own expense, back to the dealer's address (Shoebox CZ sro - DESTROY eshop) or exchanged at Destroy store, within 30 days from purchase of the goods (this deadline applies only to online orders). Goods purchased at Destroy stores in Prague and Pilsen can be exchanged just within 3 days of purchase at any Destroy store.

In the event that a customer wants to return the goods, ie. To withdraw from the contract, the only option is to send (ordinary package, insured package, package to hand) at their own expense to the address of the trader.
Goods cannot be returned personally to any Destroy branch. The address for returns is listed in the table on the enclosed document, which is always put in a box with ordered goods.

Purchased goods must not be used, damaged and must be returned in their original packaging in order to be able to be sold again, with all tax documents / receipts or their copies. Do not send goods by cash on delivery! Unless the original shoe box packing or the goods are damaged (taped boxes insulating tape, or otherwise damaged packaging, dirty shoe sole, etc.) SHIPMENTS will not be accepted !!

When returning goods, we ask customers to send the original document-tax receipts, and we send full refund to the bank account specified by the customer within 14 days from the date of accepting the return (§ 53, section 10 of the Civil Code).

In the first exchange of goods we do not charge the costs of postage and packing costs to customer, while for other exchanges there is are charge of 91 CZK (within Czech Republic, other countries as per the Delivery company price list)
Exchange of goods will be processed within 30 days of receipt. When processing good exchange from Slovakian and Polish customers, we charge 181 CZK postage.

* If the goods are purchased in one of our branches, it can be exchanged only within 30 days from the date stated on the receipt, the same is true of reservation online with in-store pick up.
  1. 5. Cancellation of orders (termination of contract) by the merchant and the customer when:
  • The ordered goods are not in stock or is unavailable.
  • In the history of the customer order’s there is twice unclaimed parcel, without giving any reasons.
  • The customer doesn’t indicates his common European size in the note for Merchant and we are not able verify this for three days (when customer is repeatedly not answering the phone and does not respond to our e-mails)

Seller is entitled to cancel the order or its part thereof in the following cases:

The customer may cancel his order via e-mail immediately after submitting his order, but no later than on the same day the order is created. We do not guarantee that in the event of order cancellation the request will be processed.

  1. 6. Reservation in the branch

Products can be booked at maximum number of 8 pieces. Bigger reservations will be handled individually.

Goods are reserved for 1 days, ie. The day when the goods are shipped to the store + 1 days to 21h. The next day of booking and is automatically forfeited.

Pick-up and subsequent buying goods in the shop, the terms of which are tent under the claims procedure and conditions stores ie. Goods may only be replaced and not later than 30 days from the date indicated on the receipt. Complaints goods is possible at all our branches and Destroy on e-shop.

In the event that the goods will not be picked up during the reservation period, the reservation can not be extended.

In the event that the customer will have in the history  3 unclaimed reservations, he will not be provided this service and dealer reservation will be automatically canceled.

  1. 7. Privacy

All personal data and contact details provided upon ordering of goods are intended solely for the purposes DESTROY Internet business and they are treated in accordance with the Act no. 101/2000 Coll., of The protection of personal data.
