Loyalty Program

1. Loyalty program

1.1.          Customer advantages

Main advantage of your loyalty program (LP) is adding 1% discount for each 40EUR. Spent in our online store. Maximum is 10%.

Discount can be used on new goods and also on products on sale.

Based on customer’s transaction history, the discount for a next order is automatically calculated. Customer can check his transaction history after logging into his account. To calculate the discount it is used the transaction history for last 12 month. E.g. You make purchase on the 17th January 2013. To calculate your discount, the transaction history starting from 17th January 2012 is used. To be able to include a transaction into your transaction history, you must be logged in when purchasing in our online store. When shopping in our shops, the purchase must be assign to your name/login too.

The only mandatory details are email address and agreeing to receive regular newsletter / email from Destroystores. The other personal details are not mandatory. We keep in touch with a customer via his e-mail and we inform him about special promotions and discounts.

 

1.1.1.     Customer card number

Each customer in our Loyalty Program has unique LP card number assigned.

1.2.          Using the Loyalty Program advantage in our shops

In our brick and mortar stores, customer can use his LP discount only when he gives his LP card number or his email to the shop assistant.

 

After joining the Loyalty Program, customer’s current discount is immediately calculated, based on the assigned LP customer group. The discount can be used on each item, after reading the LP customer card number.

 

1.3.          Using the advantage when shopping in our online store

It is possible to use the above advantage in the online store only if the customer is logged into the system. The final price is calculated in the order process. If the customer is entitled to a discount resulting from the transaction history, the discount will be calculated and will also be accompanied by text information next the item that it is the price / discount resulting from the loyalty program. In the product list the discount will not be displayed to avoid customer’s confusion. If the customer is not logged in to his account (client zone), the order will be carried out for the current selling price and the order will not be recorded into his transaction history including the actual purchase, and calculated percentage discount.

1.4.          Customer’s transaction history

Do transakční historie jsou zařazovány všechny položky zakoupené na kamenných prodejnách a na e-shopu.

All items purchased in our branches and online store are recorded into customer’s transaction history.

1.5.          Return Receipts

Return Receipt on goods that were originally sold with the assignment to the customer will be assigned to the same customer as the original receipt in order to level up the transaction history and to avoid artificially inflating transaction history.

1.6.               Online order and link to the customer's loyalty program card

Pokud je objednávka na e-shopu realizována přihlášeným zákazníkem, bude tato objednávka zařazena do věrnostního programu a zákazníkovi bude přiřazena transakční historie. v případě, že zákazník provede objednávku jako nepřihlášený či neregistovaný nákup na e-shopu, nemá nárok na zařazení objednávky do transakční historie.

Vzhledem k tomu, že objednávky z e-shopu mohou sloužit ke spekulacím se slevami, bude do transakční historie připsána objednávka, kde byla zvolena on-line platební metoda (aktuálně platba kartou). V tomto případě zákazník uvidí připsou částku, ze své nové objednávky po vygenerování účtenky z objednávky (může dojít k tomu, že všechny položky nemusí být dostupné – rozhoduje o tom tedy vygenerování účtenky z objednávky e-shopu).

Pokud je zvolena úhrada dobírkou, tak bude do transakční historie zapsána po uplynutí 10-ti dnů od změny stavu objednávky na stav „expedováno“. Automat, který toto bude vyhodnocovat, je spuštěn pravidelně 1x za noc. Výjimkou je, že nedošlo k vrácení zboží z objednávky. V tomto případě se do transakční historie započítá ihned prodej i vrácení zboží.

Vzhledem ke koncepci věrnostního programu bude nezbytné provázat účtenky s objednávkou e-shopu tak, aby byla zpětně dohledatelná účtenka ke konkrétní e-shop objednávce.

If the online order is done by registered customer, this order will be included in a customer loyalty program and it will be assigned to his transaction history. if the customer makes an order as not-logged in and does not log in during the purchase process, the order do not qualify for inclusion in the order transaction history.
Given that online orders can be used for speculation discounts, the order with chosen on-line payment method (currently accepted online card payment) will be registered to the customer’s transaction history. In this case, the customer will see the total price of his new orders after after receiving the order receipt / invoice (it can happen that not all items may be available - therefore the receipt of a purchase determines the amount registered into the Loyalty program).
The exception is that when there is return of the order. In this case, the transaction history is deducted immediately after the return of goods.
Due to the concept of loyalty program it will be necessary to link the online order receipt with the order so that the receipt can be tracked back to a specific online order.

1.7.               Customer’s Account (Loyalty program) – displaing In-store purchases

Zákazník uvidí historii svých nákupů na prodejně. Budou zobrazeny pouze nákupy, které mají vazbu na účet zákazníka. To jsou všechny, u kterých byla předložena zákaznická karta.

The customer will see his in-store purchase history. Only purchases linked to the customer’s account (Loyalty program) will be displayed. That means all purchase where customer submitted his Loyalty card (number).
